1st US pressing with green center labels. On these labels, release is incorrectly titled "Masters Of Reality". Track A2 appears as "After Forever (Including The Elegy)" on side A label, and is incorrectly credited to "Ioomi-Ward-Osbourne-Butler". Though program content is the same as other US pressings, center labels show 5 tracks on side A, and 6 on side B. All subsequent US pressings show 4 tracks per side. Most correct the album title, with "After Forever" as A2, credited to "Iommi". Catalog number appears as "2652" on front cover, and as "BS 2652" on back cover and center labels. Center label rim text: Warner Bros. Records Inc. A Subsidiary and licensee of Warner Bros. Inc. Made in USA. 500 random copies had an inserted contest form, "What Black Sabbath Means To Me Contest", where you could win a meeting with the Sabs.
