Listening parties were held on 28 May in select record stores worldwide. Attendees were handed out limited edition "Inferno Sessions packs" with the purchase of the album. Giveaways were housed in brown envelopes and included an 8-page fold-out poster, patch, sticker and keychain. Runouts are machine-engraved except 8-digit serial numbers, which are laser-etched. Durations do not appear on release and were taken from timing.
