Private press, probably from the mid sixties. Comes in a plain white laminated sleeve with flip backs which have the slight half moon shape rather than straight flip backs. Includes an information sheet about each track and a small piece of paper that says: "NOTE ON THIS RECORDING: This recording is of high quality and will give excellent reproduction if played on a good turntable. Because the grooves are deep, however, distortion will result if the needle is dull or the arm unbalanced. Unfortunately, there is a click at the end of Jamaica Farewell which we have left because it would have taken 4 or 5 weeks to cut a new master."
